Plastic

Acrylic in every color, finish, and effect there is — plus HDPE, ABS, PVC, polycarbonate. Acrylic is what most people are here for.

Laser-cut acrylic comes off the bed with a flame-polished edge — no sanding, no finishing step. That’s why most retail displays and signs we make start here, and it’s usually what makes a tight timeline possible.

The catalog runs deep: transparent, opaque, frosted, mirror, marbled, textured, glitter, glow, blacklight, UV-filtering. If you’ve seen an acrylic effect somewhere, we can probably get it.

Engineering plastics — HDPE, ABS, PVC, polycarbonate — get routed, not lasered. The router cuts all of them cleanly, and we do that work regularly.

The one hard limit

PVC, polycarbonate, and anything chlorinated never go near the laser. Under a CO2 beam, chlorinated plastic releases chlorine gas — a hazard to whoever’s standing at the machine, and it corrodes the optics. This is not a preference we can be talked out of.

But that’s a laser restriction, not a shop restriction. A router cuts, it doesn’t vaporize. So if your part is PVC or polycarbonate, we’ll rout it — just don’t ask for a laser edge on it.

Plastic we can get

We source per job, so this is what's available to order — not what's sitting in the shop. Don't see it? Ask. The list isn't exhaustive and vendors add stock constantly.
